National Running Day-- Do YOU Run?

WOOT! That's what I'm saying right now. There it was - the clock was shouting at me-- 

KELLY!! IT'S LATE!! YOU'VE HAD A LONG DAY!! COME ON!! You are soooo tired!! You've been under tremendous pressure! You are just now finishing up the FitStudio Twitter chat at 8:35pm!! Don't you DESERVE to chill out?? 

And then I remembered--- I don't put up with excuses anymore! I told Bad Kelly voice to politely STFU and then I conquered.

Sure, I was tired. Sure, I would have loved to crash on the couch and watch TV- especially considering that yesterday - no joke- I was working until 11pm. That's what life is like when you are building a business after your day job stops!! LOL. And have I mentioned that HOLY COW- our FitFluential Family is growing daily? We hope to announce our first round of Ambassadors this week or early next week and then~~ launch some GOOD GOOD STUFF with some GOOD GOOD BRANDS and make us all better fitness peeps!! Doesn't that look divine? The blogosphere is a beautiful thing. I found this photo on Pinterest I think, then I linked on over to the blog posting, which has the recipe which can be found by CLICKING HERE.  This is a big part of what my vision is for FitFluential- connecting all of us with new blogs that have great workout ideas, great motivation, great recipes, and new friends. And for bloggers, showcasing your unique and incredible SASS to the rest of the country! What could be bad about that?

Anyway, all that to say, I put my running shoes on my new Ear Buds from Zippearz -- and OMG I was SOO happy to finally find some dang ear buds that fit my ears BOTH WAYS, the ear bud fits inside my ear and the outside goes snugly around my ear "flap" (is that a word?) and they STAY PUT! Listening pleasure. (Full Disclosure- the folks at Zippearz sent me the ear buds, did not ask me to review it but I'm telling you, I'm pleased and I think you should check them out. I'll take a picture of what I was using before- two options that pretty much sucked. In a big way. I'm happy now.)

Now, here is today's On-The-Counter-Ramble-On-A-Thon. Actually I think I shot this yesterday, so there's that. 

QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you runners-- run with music or no? And--- do you run every day? A lot of the runners at tonight's Twitter chat with FitStudio said that they run every other day. I think part of why I took a break from running was because DUH I was feeling that I had to run every day and for long periods...Hmmm.
