GOBBLE GOBBLE!!

Happy Thanksgiving Kids!! Did you have a great day?? I did!! I was babysitting last night, so we were up at 6am as usual. (For some reason, this 5-year old is not about sleeping in. Who am I kidding? It is virtually impossible for me to sleep past 7am anyway.) We had our breakfast, did some coloring, watched some of the Macy's parade and then, I got my workout groove back ON and did some kickboxing. My new special BFF Joe-Man was telling me how I can't always do HIIT so I balanced it out today kickboxing style. I owned it and crushed about 350 calories. In 40 minutes, not bad. I didn't have time for a 2 hour workout so I did what I could.
I didn't overeat at all at dinner. As I mention in my babble-a-thon below, I don't really have anxiety over parties or dinners like this anymore. I take a little serving of whatever I want and eat slowly and then stop. I'm soooo much better at this now than in my psycho-diet phase. And in a weird, painful but true way, my sensitive tummy is making my eating choices a lot easier on me. I'm pretty much down to a small circle of things that this tummy can handle without making me feel like I have an alien life form inside of me.

Yea that's right. I wish I could have one of these for a pet though. I'd send it to a few people with a MESSAGE. (Wink Wink) hehehe
WHAT?
Anyway....life should be relatively back to normal now. My mom and dad and I have just been back and forth all over the place between the hospital and my sister's house and so on....a whole lot of doctor's visits and such, to make sure that everything was ok. Finally they received some great news and turned that corner with little baby boo boo, so all is looking much better.
Phew.
And now, I'd like a little bit of this:

Don't judge me.
And tomorrow, you see that picture up above?? I used to be that person that would be driving in my car with the heat on, looking at some runner that was outside when it was like 34 degrees, shaking my head, laughing, going, "What kind of a MORON would CHOOSE to run, and then run OUTSIDE on a day like this, ON PURPOSE??".
Guess what?? I am that moron now. That's right. Who's Your Daddy? I'm all over my thermal hot running gear (in slimming black of course, I mean, I'm not about to wear white or red and look really dorky), and RUNNING GLASSES (Amy!). And I will likely play this tune first to get me MOVING:
So....on that note, I'm going to go plant my bootay on my couch and likely pass out in 10 minutes. I'm that tired. Then, I'm up early to run my bootay DOWN and somehow prepare for next week's dang 1/2 marathon....what am I THINKING??? OY!!

Inspiration for the night. Talk to you kids tomorrow.
QUESTION OF THE DAY: Did you pig out today, or did you own it, fitness-style??
