CRUSHED IT. Yes, here is another picture of the MAC DADDY Shaun T from Insanity. This man is your worst nightmare but how can you FAIL HIM?? Hello?? I do what he says, and after today's workout, I am ON FIRE. I am beyond in the zone. I am Zone 12~ whatever that means. You can't STOP THIS. WOOT!
