Monday Manjoyment!

God Bless those British.
What's up kids? Thank you all for your kind words of support. I sooo appreciate it, I've received so many emails with sweet thoughts and ideas for how to help. Thank you so much.
Anyway, I started off this week right. Amy and I have vowed to kick butt this last 4 weeks until the 1/2 Marathon in Vegas, and then of course continuing through the end of the year. Sherry and I were texting today about our plans- we are exchanging progress pictures each week so we aren't "all talk". It's down to business time. I'm surrounded by experts and peeps that are already there and can guide me along the way- NO EXCUSES!!! And how exciting is it to know that you CAN DO IT?? When you are really ON YOUR GAME and monitoring and tracking everything- then you know when something isn't right, because it's either 1) Diet or 2) Training. When you are consistently training HARD and eating right (or what you think is "right" for you) and you aren't seeing results, then you tweak. Tweak that diet until the results are more in line with what you want. Period.

You know I like a man with a gun. Especially when they know how to use it. WHAT?
Edit and go.
No Starving. No Fad Diets. Just hard, intense workouts CONSISTENTLY (that's key for me, no more letting work and travel schedules impede my progress!!!!) and a solid diet of healthy foods and heroin.
Just seeing if you are actually READING. hehehe
I'm on it. Got up at 5am, sprung out of bed like a bunny, hoped that my alarm clock was wrong and that it was only Huge Jackman whispering in my ear, then had a reality check and got up and headed to the gym. I ran 3 miles, and have LEGS on the schedule this evening. TAKE THAT! 425 calories down this morning, we'll see what the workout this evening burns. Stay tuned.
**UPDATED: I killed it folks. I OWNED IT! Did Cathe HIIT 30/30 then did P90x Legs & Back for a total calorie burn of 535 Calories. BOOYA! That means all in all, I burned 960 Calories. I'm coming it around 2000 calories today, against my original plan. I went a bit nutty (hahahaha no pun intended) on the trail mix today. That stuff ADDS UP people. Gotta track it. Tomorrow I'd like to stay closer to 1500. Generally, for the next month I'll shoot for 1500-1800 days. We'll see how that works. GOLLY I want to find that ideal fit for me. What I don't wanna do is eat too little. I KNOW that this will not work, it has finally sunk in, and incidentally, Sherry just talked to a nutritionist/physiologist dude (is that right Sherry? forgot his credentials) at GNC that was explaining why we must eat and fuel when we are training hard to lose. I'm down with THAT.***
In the mean time, please enjoy this treasure chest of Daniel Craig in a montage of shirtless wonder. Imagine the dear soul that took the time to put this together. Bless Your Heart.
I'm not usually one that digs blondes but I'll make an exception for Danny. What are your thoughts? I find him to be mentally stimulating. And by mentally stimulating I mean, he doesn't even need to speak, I just can just IMAGINE what he would say, and frankly, it really doesn't matter.
Oh, on that note, QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you divide your workouts up- like cardio in the morning and weights later, or do you do it all at once? Just curious. If together, what is your average total workout time? If you had the chance, would you rather workout with Daniel Craig or Vin Diesel? Boys, would you rather workout with Pamela Anderson or Kim Kardashian? Deep thoughts.
And now, for your fall asleep listening pleasure, here is today's Ramble-on-a-Thon.
