Amen. It's Friday.

Happy Friday Kittens!! How was your week? I am SO sorry for being out of touch this week, it was INSANELY jam-packed. I mean, like, I literally didn't have an hour to stop and do my normal blogging or normal anything this week. What was I doing? Attending Andrea Metcalf's "Naked Fitness" week in Chicago. 

Before you think too long about something like naked sweaty George Costanza types doing yoga, let me clarify. Andrea's new book, Naked Fitness, is being released in the first quarter of 2011. We had a week-long series of events around the concepts in her book - from working out to diet, meditation and just living a healthy lifestyle. 

Wow. 

I have SO MUCH to share with you- from what we learned from Andrea, to the great sponsors (of course we also got to visit one of the new Sears(R) Fit Club stores- OMG!! Fitness equipment HEAVEN!) and some new blogger friends. Wow, wait til you see some of my future guests on the Wednesday WOOT! Factor! ;-)

I am exhausted, totally exhausted and very excited. I have to sort through everything so I can share with you all the information, training, learning, great people and products that I KNOW you'll want to hear about- but for now, I need a hot bubble bath and some Spiced Wine from Lynfred Winery. Is this ok?? ;-)

So- forgive the sporadic bloggy-ness this week, but I'll be BACK tomorrow! WOOT!!
