Monday Manjoyment!

Oh heavens to Betsy! There is just so much RIGHT going on with this picture that I hesitate to discuss what's wrong (i.e. large belt buckle and pants falling down thing going on). Let's just love us some LL shall we? I'm down with it.
Dear God. Thank you for creating LL. Love, Kelly
Y'all, have you missed Monday Manjoyment? I'm finally alive with a pulse on Monday to remember! DANG! There is some serious BOOYA going on in FitFluential world!!! If you kids haven't joined that party, you are missing out. BIG things ahead in 2012 and you won't know if you aren't part of the fam! Just sayin.

I'll be so glad when my shoulder is better so I can start on a push-up challenge!! Also, Bodybuilding.com did a nice interview with our man LL on his workout book and tips-- check it out by CLICKING HERE.
I'm actually heading into my workout now-- so yes, it is Monday. I have to frown that I didn't do my workout in the morning as planned but here I AM DOING IT IN THE AFTERNOON. NO EXCUSES. START NOW. No "throwing in the towel"!!! Start where you are. Just do it. Just do SOMETHING.
One of my new 7 habits that I am going to focus on is a consistent "diet", eating throughout the day and more protein. As I share below, when you have to or want to get in like 5-6 meals instead of 3 meals, using protein powder is a tasty and convenient way to do that. For those of you new to this, I spelled out some goodies for you.....because you can do a LOT by getting creative with your protein powder. Don't use it for more than 2-3 meals per day. You have to eat real food. But-- wow, a nice shake with some fruit or even peanut butter is a yummy change from eating eggs ALL THE TIME.
Question of the day: Do you have any unique protein powder recipes? Y'all have asked me to share Gina Allioti's Zucchini Protein Bread recipe, and I will tomorrow. Also for those of you that have asked, if you want to buy the protein powder I've been using (provided to me by our FitFluential sponsor, GNC) you can CLICK HERE. <--that's the AMP powder in Vanilla that I use for protein recipes like pancakes and zucchini bread. For shakes, I prefer the GNC Lean, HERE. I like chocolate in that. I mix with one banana and maybe a TBS of peanut butter or banana and berries. YUMMY.

Welcome to the gun show. DAYUM.
My shoulder is getting BETTER!! For sure. Slowly but surely and I am learning to be patient. UGH. Now, I am off to do my workout and kick some serious butt.

And now on that note, I must leave you to purge my unclean thoughts. I mean, to workout. ;-)
Good day. Godspeed. START NOW.
