Monday Manjoyment!

Oh Bless His Heart. And even his dreads. Am I totally clueless on dreadlocks? I mean, they look good but don't you get them from never washing your hair? If so, isn't there a certain ODOR problem? Someone correct me if I am wrong. Although I'm rarely wrong. hehe

That's on my iPod fo sho. Hey- that leads to today's QUESTION OF THE DAY: What is your latest kick-butt, motivational tunage that you love right now?
Ok, so -- today I am in NYC. It's been a hellish day of travel. Not crazy bad but long delays and then long lines and long luggage delays and then a CAB with questionable Air Conditioning! WTH! I don't appreciate that. I also had my limo driver show up too early this morning so I rushed to try and get out there, which FORCED ME to forget my dang CAMCORDER!!! I have ALL OF MY VIDEO STUFF EXCEPT MY CAMCORDER. #FAIL Kelly. Big time.
Anyway, I'm also staying in a weird hotel. More on that later. Today's eats were good. I had breakfast at my house, then I purchased a Tomato/Basil/Mozz Caprese sandwich for the flight. Thank God I did-- our flight was delayed and I would have eaten my arm off if I didn't have that. Then again my arm probably would have tasted better than the tasteless void of food matter that Macaroni Grill called a sandwich.

There is just a whole lot going on in my head right now.
WHAT?
So- then I had a steak salad with vinaigrette for dinner, and I cannot lie. I had this mad craving for some french fries. So I ordered some, and had SOME. I ate slowly and had SOME. Let the waitress take the rest away. Then I had a TALL (OMG Kelly never orders anything but a Venti) Soy Latte from Starbucks and now it's almost 10pm and I'm just posting my blog and catching up on emails. Oy.
I haven't worked out today. I did walk for about 20 blocks or so but that's not a workout that I'm counting. So I came back to my hotel and mapped out, based on my schedule, when (what time each day) I'd workout, so I get my 5-6 workouts in. Watch me. My BFF Kelly and her "Two-A-Days" when time is crunched, totally inspired me. See people-- check her out--- it's all about FITTING IN FITNESS IN A WAY THAT WORKS FOR YOU!!

I'd really like to FIT THAT IN. OK?
So--- tomorrow morning I may do just my "cardio" ish stuff, then do my TRX and Bodylastics Bands (given to me by my @FitStudio peeps-- hello, have y'all gotten yourself a FREE account at FitStudio.com? FREE account, FREE workouts, blogs by cool peeps and more to come! Check it!)

Ok, I need to spend some quality time getting to know my pillow now. Remember-- sleep is important y'all. I shoot for 7-8 hours a night or I can be bitchy as hell difficult to deal with a royal pain in the arse a challenge. HOW MANY HOURS A NIGHT DO YOU SLEEP??
