I'm Your Wednesday WOOT! Factor Today.

Let me just tell you, I tried out one of these punching/kicking bag things when we visited one of the new Sears flagship stores (where the fitness section is BEYOND DREAMY!!) and I want one. I mean, I have stress that I need to deal with sometimes, so I am thinking about THIS ONE. I can imagine it will come in handy and turn stress into many great sweatfests.....
Anyway.
Y'all---why am I, Kelly Olexa, your Wednesday Woot! Factor today? Because I ROCK. I was at a conference downtown the past few days, drove home today--- I'm fasting today--- and Aunt Flo was with me--and I of course "didn't feel like" working out. So what did I do?? BEAT DOWN SOME CALORIES THAT'S WHAT. I did the Brazil Butt Lift DVD- remember I was in awe at the first few minutes from last time?? OMG. Seriously----I'm not exaggerating. This is a TOUGH sweatfest workout. Check out my vlog:
That's right bitches. I OWNED it today. So proud of myself!! BOOYA!! Cuz guess what, there is almost always some reason we'll "not feel like" working out. GET OVER IT.

LOVE THIS. And also, thank you JLO for making society welcome the bootie again. AMEN-- cuz this girl has junk in the trunk ok?? I'm never gonna be flat butt girl. Ain't no thang.
