Monday Manjoyment. Updated.

Oh Dear. Is this too much Ryan Reynolds in a week? SLAP YOUR FACE IF YOU SAID YES! ;-)
I'm back in the land of the living kids. VLOG will follow. Had a killer cardio workout this morning. I did Cathe's new Circuit Blast followed by Ilaria's "Abs & Pushups"- much swearing occurred I will say that much. I'm putting a clip of Cathe's Circuit Blast below. I give this one 4.5 stars. Why not 5?? LOL I give videos a 5 when it TOTALLY blows me away and I am beyond sweaty and out of breath (for cardio)- this one is fabulous and your heart rate it UP there- it was a wee shorter than I'd like at 41 minutes total, perhaps that was my only "bummer" about it. There are just a few areas where weights are incorporated, but now having done this- by no means is this to be considered a weight workout at all. My heart rate was up around 150-160 the whole time. And Ilaria- wow, 30 minutes of only abs and pushups- KILLER. I could not do it all, but hey I did what I could and crushed my core. I anticipate major soreness tomorrow. Yummy.
My plan is to do cardio EVERY DAY that I workout, until I've reached the fat loss I want to achieve. I'm going to alternate Cathe and other DVDs with Insanity for Cardio. Every other day will be weights. Sunday is yoga. I'm working on doing core/abs with cardio only days also.

QUESTION OF THE DAY: Why do people complain about crunches? Do you not like crunches? I like them, in addition to all the other like 7000 ways to work your abs. Do you LIKE to work abs/core or not? What are your favorite moves for this?
