Monday Manjoyment!

Sweet Mother of God. It is truly impossible for Huge Jackman to be any more yummy. Am I wrong?

How's your week going? I kicked some BUTT yesterday! Serious BOOYA! I went for a 40 minute Run/Walk and then finished up with a killer Shoulder Circuit. DANG. It felt GREAT and I burned a total of 800 calories! WOOT! I shot a vlog after my Run/Walk and shared that I actually RAN more than double the amount of time I ran the last time I was out-- for those of you going huh?-- I haven't been regularly running since really the end of last year. Last summer was when I started running and was ABLE to do so-- after figuring out how to BREATHE. Then I did my first 5K and started immediately training for a 1/2 marathon. It ended up being too much with my schedule, and then I kind of fell out of love with running. I've started again but this time, I'm running as I want....not on anyone else's schedule but just how I want to and I am NOT planning any "races" this year. I just want to enjoy the RUN.

Huge likes to run also. It's a good thing he's not running in my neighborhood because I would indeed chase him. I'm sure I'd ignore my side cramps if I was chasing Huge. Don't say you wouldn't do the same thing. PUHLEEZ.
So this week I'm also starting to really focus on my "diet" and getting some balance there, and really journaling every day. When I say "diet" y'all know I don't mean some fad, I just mean "what I eat" -- and now that I'm not traveling every week for work, I can really focus on eating at home, getting in more fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken....still eating what I want, but eating at normal times and mirroring my workouts- balance and variety and focus. AMEN.

Excuse me for a moment while I purge my unclean thoughts.
*Awkward Pause*
Anyway, even after a kick butt workout- I was having a REALLY MAJOR FAT DAY yesterday. I mean, I was feeling really DOWN about it. But-- I refuse to wallow in that kind of thinking anymore. Anything we don't like about ourselves and our state of fitness, WE CAN CHANGE. We can make a difference EVERY SINGLE DAY. And today, I am having a GREAT day. This week will be a GREAT WEEK. The last four months of this year will KICK SOME SERIOUS A**. Watch me.

I am going to be making my obsession- Fish Tacos tomorrow. Question of the Day: What have you been cooking or baking lately that is rocking your world? Where do you get your recipes or ideas?
I could watch that trailer ALL DAY. I would even date Huge Jackman if he had the Wolverine sideburns. I can't lie. Who am I kidding? I'd date Huge Jackman if he was a dirt salesman.
Now here is my Ramble-On-A-Thon from this weekend. Please don't adjust your lens- I'm really that sweaty. I think I shot this on Friday night- because I squeezed in a quick 30-Minute Sweatfest with Jackie Warner. I'm making sure to NOT MAKE EXCUSES. GET IT DONE!!!
