BOO-YA!

That's RIGHT kids! Did you earn a BOO-YA today? I did. And I didn't earn it by SHOPPING. Well, I did go out briefly to pick up some swag for my tree, but, I came home and then went out with a friend. We went to see "FASTER" with a Monday Manjoyment regular, Dwayne-I-Will-Hurt-You-Johnson:

I believe I know what Monday will look like here in KO-World. Amen. Bless His Heart. 

Oh! Did I mention that I took a protein shake with me to the theater? Truth be told, I drank it before the movie, but I was not going to fall for that (evil Kelly) "Hey, it's Thanksgiving weekend! Enjoy the movie, have those amazing soft pretzels with hot jalapeno cheese sauce..." UM, no. I'd rather earn my abs, thank you. In the zone? CHECK.

After seeing some of this:

I was glad I did. This movie has everything I love. Well, there's Dwayne for one. Then there is Dwayne being mean and kicking serious A**, that's two. Lots of fast car chases, some other kind of skinny dude that does some killer yoga poses (yoga, FTW!) and has a nice accent, and well, Dwayne packing heat and taking names. Don't judge me. I have a love for bada** dudes. It works for me. 

And THEN...yes, there's more. I came home and WORKED OUT. That's right kids. I worked out and did 40 minutes of a sweatfest with Shaun T, Insanity Style:
