Monday Manjoyment!

Happy Monday!! Did you eat your breakfast this morning? Here is Eric Dane specifically to show you how much eating a good breakfast will put a smile on your face. You know what I mean? I love breakfast.
I really, really love breakfast.

How did you start this week? I got my sweat on at 5am thank you! I'm patting my own back right now. I woke up, shut off the alarm and made myself get RIGHT out of bed. At that moment, Satan walked in and Bad Kelly started thinking, "ohhh it's MONDAY, I can just run tonight...." NO WAY. I made a commitment to myself. And to you kids out there watching me. You can't stop THIS! You can't make me stumble! I'm a Warrior remember?? ;-)
So yes, I drove to the gym and got my 3 mile run in. I'm blabbing a lot about that 3 mile run, it is what is scheduled on my 1/2 Marathon training but I feel like every time I run, I should run MORE. Runners, do you agree or disagree?? Should I stick with the schedule and not "overtrain"?? Check the rambling babbling Monday Vlog goodness below. LMK what you think.
Also, I came home and had something I hadn't had in a while. Oats and protein powder. I was NOT feeling the love. I got that protein powder whiff (was not using the Visalus but BSN that I had leftover) and I was like MEH. Now, if THIS was in my kitchen, perhaps I could have ignored it:

You hear me? I would have done 20 pushups for that. Followed by a plank hold for 5 minutes and jumping jacks until he said stop.
I digress.
I think I will do protein shakes or egg whites and oats from now on instead of that number. It was not providing me with breakfast pleasure. At all. Why can't breakfast be sushi? In fact, why can't all meals be sushi? DANGIT.
So, um, what's your plan this week? I have legs tonight and I am going to CRUSH THEM. Then some RevAbs and stretching. Remember to STRETCH. Remember to take your vitamins, drink your water and supplement as needed. COME ON, are you in it to WIN IT.
