THAT'S RIGHT!

Kids, are you kicking butt this week?? Are you looking at what you've accomplished and saying, "Wow! I've just CRUSHED IT this week!!"?

If not, you still have 3 days left. (I view my weeks starting Sunday, ending Saturday...)

I'm pretty happy with what I've done this week. Because, I HAVE BEEN BETTER than last week. And next week is gonna be better than this week. Every day, every week, every month I am committed to GETTING BETTER. 

And my body is starting to show it. Amen.

You know what Amy and I want? Abs like that. You kids need to stay tuned. Amy is putting together a mad home gym in her house and I am moving in going to join her weekly on some kick butt training with Matt Damon and....I'm working on getting Mr. Jay up here for a monthly session on butt kicking. All of this on video for you kids.....would you like that?? 

I know you would.

I made my Zucchini Protein Bread this week- haven't done that in forever. It was SO yummy. Another way to sneak in vegetables when you feel like 5-6 servings a day is rough. Jackie Warner talks about that too- sneaking in vegetables like spinach in the smoothies and such. Yeaaaa. 

QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you use egg whites, or a bottled egg white substitute or EggBeaters? I cannot believe this but I have never tried EggBeaters. I'm SOOOOO sick of cracking open 4 egg whites to make protein pancakes or Zucchini Bread or omelettes and then wasting the yolks etc. Plus it upsets me to have sticky fingers and yolky slimy stuff on my hands. 

And now, here is today's ramble-on-a-thon. Please forgive the pasty white skin I'm showing here. I haven't gone tanning in weeks. Sniff. Sniff. I feel like Frosty the Snowman. Only without a carrot nose or a hat.
