Monday Manjoyment!

And then God made Dan Carter. Quite WELL I might add.
*Ahem*
How's it going kittens? How is your Monday? Are you kicking butt? I know I am. I went to bed early, got up early, ate my breakfast, got my sweatfest workout in- all before NOON- BOOYA! And then I ran myself ragged the rest of the day and now it's 8pm and I'm blogging some Manjoyment for you, because I care.
This is another reason why Pinterest is so addicting. I'm finding new Manjoyment specimens. Dan Carter? Who knew? I'm going to have to watch soccer more. <<--Kelly O #Fail. Last night someone pointed out to me that Dan is actually a RUGBY player not soccer. OOPS. ;-)
Exhibit A, and ladies prepare yourself because there is about to be unleashed a SSEEXXAAAAYYYY like Australian accent or something. Who cares? all I know is this man could be talking about paint thinner in this blurb and I'd still be drooling and begging for the digits:
Seriously? I have to go purify my thoughts right now with prayer. Unclean thoughts are present.
I like it when he looks angry. It makes me think he might want to take out some aggression. I could help with that, and by help OF COURSE I just mean like TALK IT OUT. It's not like I was imagining anything ELSE that could or could not be a workout in and of itself. People! Come on.

What was my workout today? I started off with Cathe's MMA Boxing, which was lovely. A lot of upper body and core focus, and at the end of 40 minutes I had burned 390 calories:
Then, I was going to do P90X Shoulders and Arms, but my shoulder is still a little whacked from sleeping on it (on my dang couch) wrong, so I did Back and Biceps....KILLER!! Total burn of 730 calories! WOOT!

Now, I really must let you go because, after a long dinner meeting with Miss Andrea Metcalf about some fabulous Fitfluential stuff--- I need to relax. My brain is in overdrive right now. And that's all good but remember, we are all about BALANCE.

And with that, I feel very balanced. I must go and spend some time in deep DEEP thought.
