This MIA Blogger Stuff HAS GOTTA STOP!
Hello Kittens. Don't you love John Stutz's work? OMG. I really want to get that book. Check out his site when you need some inspiration.
Now- y'all know that my BIGGEST CHALLENGE toward the end of this year has been my schedule. And this kind of falls in line with me getting my blogs done too. When I put my work first and come into my office in the morning and start working, reading emails, responding to emails, etc. it becomes a vortex and I never leave. I've shared with you all that I'm trying to transition to leaving my mornings OPEN for ME.
Why is this so difficult? Why do I still come in here and start working? Then rush off to "squeeze in my workout"? Now- I will say this, this week I have kicked butt. I worked out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, took Thursday off and now Friday, I am heading in to do my workout.

That's right. I'm NOT one of those people that hates working out. I love it. I've simply been giving too much time to everything else and everyone else and leaving me last. That can't happen. I think I found a solution.
In the morning, I will NOT open up Outlook until I've done my workout. Period. No emails until I've done my workout. That means I don't get caught up in the madness. It can wait. I deserve my time. If I'm working until 8-9pm most nights, I deserve my mornings.

Now. I'm off to do my workout. I have DOMS all over this week and I love it! LOVE IT! Today will be cardio and shoulders. WOOT!
