OK! I'm back!!! ;-)

Today was a day of KICKING MAJOR A**!!!! How did you start off your week?? Making PROGRESS or EXCUSES?? 

Zip it! I don't wanna hear it- if you are reading this before Midnight- the day ain't over!!! Don't MAKE ME COME OVER THERE! Remember, you can do SOMETHING! Drop and give me 10 big boy push-ups right now!! Eyes front! Tummy tucked! 

Kids. I woke up well before 6am and headed myself to the gym! That's right! For a fleeting moment, when I looked at my alarm clock, noticed it was still dark out, knowing it was 35 degrees out, and full aware of how wonderful my 7-layer bed felt, I didn't want to go. I wanted to turn the alarm OFF, after all, "It's Monday, Kelly. Mondays are always rough, you can get up early the REST OF THE WEEK" Um No. Good Kelly is getting stronger than Evil Kelly and she's not hearing that. 

I owned it this morning. And guess what?? It felt so awesome, I'm ready to get up EARLIER tomorrow because I want to be doing my entire morning workout BEFORE THE SUN COMES UP. I saw all these people arriving as I was leaving, the peeps that do a quick workout before the office. Nope. I'm MUCH more of a warrior than THEY are. I'm WAY OUT OF THEIR LEAGUE. Watch me kids. I'll be there EARLIER TOMORROW.

Nickelback haters, move along. I will crush you. 

On that note, I'm going to go do some ab work while I play some Nickelback music REALLY LOUD. Oh wow, that might upset my neighbors. I'd feel REALLY BAD about that.
