Happy Hump Day!

Hello Kittens!! It is snowing like crazy outside. We are supposed to have major winter storms for the next few days here. Makes me so thankful to have a warm home, a car that works, Peapod that delivers. I'm just sayin. Although I did have to venture out into the wild this morning for a grocery trip- Sunday night we are having belated Christmas dinner at my parents house and I'm making my Lasagna. People, I've told you I'm pretty much a kickass cook. Seriously. I bring it. Well this Lasagna weighs like 20 pounds on it's own. It's like a 2x a year thing. 5 different types of cheeses. Meat sauce with three kinds of meat and all kinds of wine. YEA. But guess what, I'm saving up for the day- I will workout that morning before church, I'll eat lighter during the day. I will have one good portion of it with a salad. That's it. I won't binge on it. I won't avoid it. I will enjoy it, followed by 2 dozen Krispy Kremes. LOL ;-) 

Anyway, today's workout was Cathe's Butts N Gutts. KILLAH. People, if you really focus HARD on form, whoa you can transform that bootay. I told you that Rene (my BFF and my massage guy) has said that my butt is improving big time. (no pun intended. Get it, big time? haha I'm not working on getting a FLAT BUTT people, "I like em round thick and JUICY" <---name the song. If you don't know it you need to get out more.)

Did you see Cathe has a whole SLEW of new DVDs out? I'm in trouble. No, I'm not in trouble, I will just work that much harder to EXCEED MY SALES QUOTA at the new job so I have extra bank for fun spending! Of course I have to ask my sister if I'm allowed to as she is managing all my $$books$$ for me now. And she's kind of a tightwad. (Frugal is her middle name. My middle name is EUREKA THAT'S ON SALE?? I'LL TAKE 5!)

Today's Workout: Cathe Butts N Guts. WOOT!

Good MORNING kids! How was your Friday? Sorry for no posting yesterday- no I was not out shopping (never go shopping on Black Friday, just no desire to fight all the psychos out there, but props to you if you do!), but wow yesterday was crazy busy. Heck every day is getting that way now, but it's ALL GOOD. I'd so rather be busy than bored.

Getting ready for my workout this morning, and I'm going for Butts N Guts, one of my favorite Cathe workouts. Below is a clip for you to see, and let me just say, this workout ROCKS. I get DOMS every time- I think a lot of that too is from focusing hard on CORRECT FORM. If you really focus on correct form and on getting the most out of every rep, that makes a huge difference. When you do squats or lunges and focus HARD on pushing up with your HEELS rather than your entire foot- what a difference. 

My eating has been so good. I'm just really getting back to a normal mindset with "diet" and it feels great to be really in control and in a good, realistic way. 

Anyway kids; have a great Saturday. Get your workout in this morning. If you are like me, getting it done before lunch, all good. Waiting for later; THAT DOG AIN'T GONNA HUNT. ;-0

Tuesday Madness. 

Hey Kids. WTH am I doing just posting this at 11pm? Yea. That busy. Whatever! This morning, as you'll see below, I did Cathe's Butts N Guts followed by some intense little track training outside. Sweatfest. Awesome. Then, I had several appointments and my day closed with a fabulous massage by Mr. Rene. Now, I'm here doing this, have to get ready for like 4 days straight of utter madness and being busier than I can imagine. Wednesday & Thursday is filled with meetings, Tweetups, Dinners, parties, speaking engagements and SOME FUN. I'm getting up early tomorrow for cardio before heading out. Thursday may be almost impossible for me to squeeze in a workout due to just a packed schedule. We'll see. I'm planning to do my best. Fo Sho. Friday we have a saucy photoshoot which should be fun- stay tuned! ;-)

On that note, gotta wrap it up y'all. This girl has stuff to DO. ;-) What? 3 VLOGS? Well, the 1st two are like less than a minute with my sweaty a** self sharing the evidence of a Cathe Workout.
