Hey Kids!! What's UP today?? Sweet Mother of God - yes. Insanity tore me UP today! Dear heavens....it's so intimidating this month with a full hour.....I'd like to share with you a little preview: side oblique burpees. Plyometric squats with jabs. I won't go on. Super Duper Sweatfest. Yea. Gulp. And I LOVE IT.

Every single solitary second of my day is now jam packed people. I'm on fire. I'm giving it all I've got because NOW NOW NOW everything is coming together: all the past 9 months of HUSTLE are paying off and I cannot stop because WOOT finally finally yes....wow I'm looking at having to turn work DOWN. Life is awesome and God has clearly been looking out for me.
