P.S. Kids today I just NAILED my workout. I took out an older Jari Love Get Ripped and it was awesome. It included a ton of one legged squats and isometric holds and pulses. My Lord that woman doesn't know how to say, "Ok that's it!" It's always ONE MORE SET. Whoa. And I'm focused so intently on each set, each rep on just MAXING IT OUT and making it count! I also planned to go ride my bike after to finish up....and $#@)*)@&)@(^% my tire has a leak. Where do you buy a new bike tire? This is something I've never done. Are there tire stores for bikes? (YEA I KNOW THIS IS A POTENTIALLY HUGE AIRHEAD MOMENT. GET OVER IT.)
