What in the HECK is going on with that hat?? For realz! He looks like he is wearing that cradle cap they put on babies when they just arrive. I mean, I had to include the picture anyway, but really, when you have a face and a head like this:
why would you put a sock on it? I'm a bit lost. But then again, here it is 5:15pm and I am just looking up from a stack of work the size of Texas and realizing I haven't worked out yet. DANGIT! That's ok- am I gonna give up and give in?
YOU KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT! Come ON now! It's time to CRUSH IT! BOOYA!
What will today's workout be? I'm thinking hardcore Insanity and some ABS- like 15 minutes of RevAbs, not sure which one.

So.....regardless, I've had a good day today. Got some well needed sleep last night which makes me such a happy girl. And I had some killer protein pancakes for breakfast with my coffee- sweetened with cinnamon and a wee bit of real sugar only. No more Splenda! That's right! I had a Muscle Milk after my lunch of Tilapia and peas. Now I'm going to sweat my a** off and have a killer dinner of maybe chicken and a hujazz salad. And....I'm gonna make that salad with ICEBERG LETTUCE. That's right. Ice-To-The-Berg people:
I love iceberg lettuce and I always laugh when people get a head tilt moment when I say this. They usually say, 'OH iceberg lettuce has no real nutritional value!" Well, neither does air but I still breathe it! I don't like my salads to look like rabbit food:
This image to me looks like bacterial growth. It makes me sad. In fact, I want to cry, and then maybe stuff a pillow with this lettuce.
I feel very strongly about this lettuce topic. I think that may be the QUESTION OF THE DAY: What lettuce do you like in your salads? Don't worry, I won't hate you if you don't like Iceberg, but don't hate the BERG!!
DANG. I have not even made a vlog today. I'm way behind. Promise, I will do it tomorrow, I promise. ;-) Can you stand the wait??
