It just plain feels like you're working harder.  I noticed that my running seems more difficult the couple of days right before TTOM.  Usually once it hits, I start feeling better.  The day before I always feel like a zombie and everything is an effort. So i have to agree with you girl, it is not morally correct to be promoting a product that contradicts your beliefs and ebook PROGRAM no matter how lucrative the sponsorship deal is... i'm assuming its huge! That being said, i am still on my mission to build myself a smokin body like hers. Mostly because I feel fat and hungry and my stomach is always upset that week. grrrr. John and I really kept track of it for my first comp prep...and are doing so again this time around...it's interesting. Kind of sucks...but I always know that the week after my period I'm super human strong....LOL<br/>So-yes, I go a little easier on myself because of injury as well.</p>]]></description></item></channel></rss>
