Today It's Kelly Talk About: MOTIVATION

I continue to get emails and comments and calls about Motivation. How to get it, how to keep it, how do I do it, etc. So- here you go, and I'm also including a link to a post I did for Simple Truths LLC on their blog recently, same topic! And yes, I did 2 VLOGS on this...but it's a hot topic!!

Such great videos! Never bored listening to you.

I agree that it's so easy to lose motivation at time but having people that you stay accountable to is great. I have the blog and just last week started a fan page on Facebook which will be very interactive so I hope to not only help others stay accountable but myself as well. My biggest support is my hubby who I workout with. He keeps me going...especially on those weekend mornings when I don't always want to get up and go to spin class. LOL

Gotta get myself a bling hat like that!

My office is very much like you described. I have learned to just say no. People joke about how much of a health nut I am now so that in itself gives me reason to not indulge in birthday celebrations that are over the top and far too frequent! I love the VLOGS . You have awesome energy!

Immediately - and I mean IMMEDIATELY after listening to the vlogs, I went to the gym and ran more than I had in quite some time! :) I felt AH-MAZING!!

Great post Kellu,
That is so where I am at right now, this year I have had no motivation, and it's caused me to gain weight and make excuses to not go to the gym, then on top of that getting sick!!! But I know I am responsible for my actions and I know I can and will get back into it!!

Kelly you rock! As a fitness professional I love to see people like yourself encourage and motivate others the way you do. There is so much miss information and bickering about who's systems are better and blah, blah,blah. People need to be encouraged and most importantly told the truth, especially during the times that we are in. Keep rockin KO and have fun in Columbus!

Wow - that was amazing! I finally had the time to listen to you and I definitely have to say that it was worth it :-)
I loved that you said that we are responsible for ourselves and that we have to decide who we want to be and then start to become like this.
I have recently broken my toe and my doctor said that I should not walk too much for about 6 weeks - therefore I was quite sad and thought - well - no sport for me the next 6 weeks. But as you spoke about your last year I realised that in fact I could do loads of sports (arm trainings and so on) and I was just to comfortable - it was a great excuse for me ;-) Thank you again for pointing this out :-)

Finally it would ask you whether it's possible to turn the music a little bit down while speaking? For me as a non native speaker it's always quite hard to concentrate on your words ;-)
