It is Awesome to be HOME.

Yea. This is what I am looking forward to in a few more hours. I've been home a whole day and I still haven't even adjusted all my clocks from Daylight Savings Time. WHAT? Geez. I've been going nonstop Hustle since I woke up and now it is 6pm and I am just barely having a moment to post this.
So, this morning I did a kick butt cardio workout- Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit, one of my all-time favorites. I'm really going to focus heavily on Insanity for the next 60 days because I want to transition into doing the hour-long ones. Right now I'm doing the 40 minute ones which burn 500 calories. So, if I really focus and press hard over the next 60 days and keep my diet pristine, I should be able to hit the fat loss that I want. If not, I have no one to blame but me. And I will NOT go through another summer feeling like I don't want to wear my favorite shorts because they are snug. NO FREAKING WAY.
I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow as I have virtually 5 things in my house. That's just wrong. I had brown rice for lunch and dinner today. That's just wrong. But I haven't had time to break away. I have a mountain of follow up from The Arnold to work on, a whole country of follow up from SXSWi to do and I have a big week next week then I head to Omaha. That's ok, I can take it. BRING IT.
My trip was AWESOME. Words can't describe. Just beyond awesome on every single level. The only way it could have been more perfect is if I had already reached my fat loss goal and could have worn my sick hot jeans and WORKED IT. Next year I will. Did I tell you I saw a pair of cowboy boots at Allen's Boots down there that had sparkly bling all over it- $1,500!! WTH!!! But you know I'll probably find some way to buy them.
I'm just sayin. They had Kelly O written all over them.
Question of the Day: GIMME SOME MAD WORKOUT TUNES. I NEED TO UPDATE MY IPOD BADLY. Tell me what you love to get you pumped up and kicking butt in the gym!!!
Here's some vloggy goodness for you. I have to go change my clocks, and go through my mail and good LORD I haven't even been tweeting yet today!! Stop the presses!

Kelly right now I am loving Scooter, Faster Harder, J'Adore Hardcore, and Move Your Ass! LOL I use these for my sprints, whats that you got playing during this vlog? I likey :)
What else... I like anything fast and with a hard beat, Euphony and Storm is great, some hardstyle, David Guetta Tomorrow Can't wait, Shotcaller by Ian Carey these are just a couple and I am always looking for more! Love these last few Vlogs, well I love all your vlogs :D
I get really pumped if Flogging Molly is on my playlist, particulary "The Devil's Dance Floor" and the Dropkick Murphy's " Johnny, I Hardly Knew Ya" and "Shipping up to Boston." Chris Brown's "Forever, " Lynyrd Skynyrd "Gimme Three Steps, " The Darkness "I Believe in a Thing Called Love," The Decemberist's "O Valencia!" - all these songs are in regular rotation on my playlist for my boot camp class. When I play the Irish punk, I make everyone do this crazy little cardio move that I call "Riverdance." It's a blast. : )
My taste is really eclectic - so some days I have a lot of country on there, "Settlin'" by Sugarland and Lady Antebellum "Lookin' for a Good Time" are great on for any workout.
Glynis- I am the same way, I like all kinds of music from country to jazz to rock to dance....thanks for the suggestions! You rock!!
