Sunday Surprises!

Great Balls of Fire! It's a Blog post AND not one but TWO vlogs!! Holy Cow! I shot a vlog right when I got home from Church/Eyebrows/Nails- then I got changed to do some kick butt cardio, and based on that situation, I shot vlog #2. I'm all about giving as much of myself to you as I can people.
And I hope you do the same when it's my birthday ON APRIL 2ND **cough cough** I'm just sayin.
WHAT?
So, I will post vlog #2 post workout style shortly. In the mean time, I am in my kitchen cooking all kinds of seafood; salmon burgers and tilapia and then some chicken too. I'm silly that way.
Also- I found a crapload of new fabulous blogs this weekend. I added them to my LINK LOVE page, both under Healthy Eating and Getting Buff. Check them out!! ;-)
I am so excited for THE ARNOLD this week! Gonna meet the man himself! WOOT! ;-)
And here is my post workout sweat analysis:
Question of the Day: shock me, all you lurkers that never comment. Introduce yourself. Don't be scared. ;-)

Hey Kelly;
I'm having a feeling of "I don't feel like working out. I don't feel motivated."
I think you've posted numerous vlogs about just getting out there and pushing yourself and doing it anyway, "motivation" be darned?
Care to do another?! :)
NEWSFLASH: YOU ROCK!
Bless you,
Robyn
I certainly will Robyn- tomorrow for sure!!!!!
You took brown rice and pasta sauce to church???? My church frowns on people bringing coffee. Do you share with the people around you?
Silly- I didn't take it IN church. I brought my thermos and had it in my car after!! haha I wouldn't be that obnoxious to eat in church! hehehe
Looks like a kick booty work out girl! good on ya! And good point-there are so many factors involved in working out-it's quite silly to try to compare ourselves to others. For a long time I would see gals blog about heavy leg press or dead lifts and think "what is wrong with me-I'm a whimp"-but I can't see what kind of machine they are using-what their form is-etc etc.-and yep especially for the beginners-gotta take it slow and not compare themselves to others.
:-)
Hey Rae Rae!! ;-) Exactly!! And....how long someone has been working out etc. I mean, Jenny Lynn was doing front shoulder raises with 30lb weights in each hand. I don't know that I will ever get there, but who cares?? If 20 lbs is kicking my delts butt (does that even make sense?) then so be it. ;-)

I am a lurker! I can't help it, you are so much of an inspiration to me and have been for a while (a little over one year now - wow!). Commenting all the time seems intrusive, but I did want to tell you what an impact you and other blogger women have had on me and my goals to be healthier, buffer, just all-around more awesome! So thank you.
Megan
Shirley, I am so so sorry!! Somehow my blog had blocked out a TON of comments and I am just seeing them NOW!! Yikes!! Thank you so much for commenting on my blog and I hope you don't think I was intentionally not posting your comments! You are the best!! ;-)
HELLO Robyn!! I'm so sorry that your comment somehow got lost in this bunch that didn't get posted....so I am just seeing this now! And yes I plan to do more vlogs on the whole motivation thing because it's a daily thing, right?? ;-)
