Enough said. Gotta run kids, I have an event to attend. But- to answer your question~ yes I worked out this morning. I did Ilaria's Kickboxing followed by some shoulder work with the bands. It was lovely. If I wasn't heading out tonight I would do a bit more cardio but oh well.
Update: I am giving myself 2 snaps. I attended an event tonight where they had: 9-Layer Mexican dip (with chips), hummus and pita, lots of other carby goodness AND CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH WHITE ICING. OMG. That is my favorite sugary carby snack. I had NONE. Water. only. Gold star for Kelly.
Also- day two of gluten free madness and I am tummy-ache-FREE!! I love it!! ;-) I am a bit full this evening, as I had a rushed conference call in my hotel so I ordered a steak again. I'm really FULL because I ate the whole thing, it was delicious but I was not that hungry! Not uncomfortably full, just enough that I noticed it.
Also- Lara Bars are gluten free!! WOOT!!
Ok- gotta run. Vlog tomorrow I promise!

Do you think you are a Celiac? My mom is and it is so hereditary, I think I will likely become one later. I am 47 and my mom was diagnosed at 60. Have you read Elizabeth Hasselback's g free book? I plan on ordering it- supposed to be really good. Take care, Tammy
Hi Tammy- not sure if I am Celiac but I will say- these past few days of attempting to do gluten free and then really also slowly ease out of dairy- it has been really enlightening.....
for example, today at lunch, about 1pm, we went to Baja Fresh. I got a tortilla salad- didn't eat the tortilla, but it had black beans, steak, tomatoes, cilantro, salsa, sour cream and guac. I will say ~ it's a few hours later and I have a very SLIGHT tummy ache. Why? Not because of anything gluten, but it could be either the guac or the sour cream. In the book I read (Eat Right For Your Blood Type) he says that avocado should be avoided and dairy. I think I may be more sensitive to dairy than I thought.....I have not read Elizabeth's book but guess what; I am going on Amazon.com RIGHT NOW!! Thank you!
