WHOA.

HOLY COW. First of all, I checked on my website and was like, dang girl, you've posted so hastily lately you haven't put up any motivational photos. Just saw some awesome ones on Krissa's site, so I thought I would look for new ones. Y'all know how much I think Val Waugaman ROCKS. Check out this woman's quads. Seriously. Other than Ms. Jenny Lynn, this woman is the shizzle. And I'm posting below my favorite, well one of my favorite videos from Val. Anyway, when I was doing the whole Google Image search, guess what I found out- I KID YOU NOT I HAD NO IDEA. Ms. Val Waugaman is also - an Independent Beach Body Coach like me!! HELLO!! Why?? She hearts P90X!

"My name is Valerie "Siren" Waugaman,I am an International Federation of Body Builders Pro Figure Champion AND a Team Beachbody Coach. In the Spring of 2008, I had the opportunity to meet with personal trainer Tony Horton and Beachbody C.E.O. Carl Daikeler at Tony's home gym for a Beachbody Network News feature. They sent their video team to interview me on the set of 'American Gladiator' because they heard I had amazing results and was a big fan of the P90X home fitness program. What they didn't know was that 2 years earlier I defeated the IFBB Pro Figure world champion using their P90X program.Once I met Carl and Tony, I could feel their passion and commitment to helping people and fighting the obesity epidemic in this country. I knew I could enthusiastically recommend not only their products but also Beachbody's wonderful business opportunity." <---THAT'S TAKEN FROM HER BEACHBODY SITE. Look her up!

That is so freaking awesome!! Just goes to show you, now you can see why I am sooooo amped about all the BeachBody programs. And kids, you have no idea what new programs they have coming up.....holy cow. I'm in love. ;-)
