Amazing Little Piece Showing Importance of DIET. 

I think this video is amazing because it shows you- don't think you can BUY your fitness success. It's YOU that has to DO THE WORK and it's YOU that has to CONTROL WHAT YOU EAT and HOW MUCH YOU EAT. We all know- but it's worth repeating YOU CANNOT OUT-TRAIN A BAD DIET.

YOU HAVE TO COMMIT AND BE WILLING TO DO IT ALL. There is no quick fix. There is no easy way out. It's hard work and discipline but so worth it. I think this guy looks 10 years younger in his AFTER pictures. Do you agree?

Great vid! Yes...working out is only 1/2 the battle-one must combine good nutritous food with it to get results! How many years have we all been saying this? and yet there are still so many people out there that just don't get it (or maybe just don't WANT to get it!)....Oh, well-all we can do is keep putting it out there to try to help!

Rae- I even fell into bad habits; because you know we can OVEREAT while still eating "healthy food". It's a matter of focus and perpetual monitoring of our diet and exercise, in my opinion...
