Oldie But Goodie.
Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 10:21PMOk Jody Watley is like one of my all time favorite artists and yes this song is way old but still SO COOL. This was always one of my favorites. I just came across it again as I'm transferring all my CDs to my iPOD (ahhhh can someone do this for me? So time consuming) and had to share the video.
And of course the words are so SPOT ON. The past couple of years have taught me a lot, especially about friendship. What's real and true will remain. And I'm thankful for everything that happens, because it ALL happens for a reason.

Love Jody Watley. "Looking For A New Love" came out just as I broke up with my boyfriend in college. "Now you're like the rest, unworthy of my best - hasta la vista baby!" Oh yeah. Good times.
OK - I just looked up her video on YouTube. Damn YouTube served me up an ad that offers a way to "Meet Senior Men In My Area." I am not THAT old (nor am I single) ha ha!
