Happy Hump Day!

Hey Kids!! How was your hump day today?? Did you ROCK IT?? I know I did. My workout was AWESOME!! Woot!!! It felt so good to be in my house, after a TOTAL full night of sleep (WOW AMAZING) and in my own 'home gym'. Sweatfest, totally. I did #INSANITY Cardio and Cardio Abs (whoa......that's all I can say), followed by some upper body work via P90X. CRUSHED IT. Feels awesome.
My eats are ON and I'm gonna go through the Insanity Nutrition guide again so I can vary my daily diet and make sure I'm eating my meals. The past couple of weeks I've been so busy and I am not getting my meals in and then I'm like FAMISHED later at night. Not good. I have to be better at planning and spacing out my meals. MUST DO MUST DO. Still working out my scheduling, how I plan to do my workouts....stay tuned. How do you guys workout; morning? Lunch? night? 2x a day, 1x a day? Just curious.

Gotta run kids. I hope your week is going amazing and that you are making PROGRESS and not EXCUSES. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO. Let's make it happen. I have no doubt about making it happen. What do you want to accomplish in the last 4 months of this year?? Make an impact! Make a dedicated effort so you can look back on December 31st and say, WOW I KICKED BUTT.
