Happy Hump Day!

Hey Kids!! How's your day going? Are you kicking butt? No Excuses?? I'm doing AWESOME!! This week is full of craziness and I'm so busy I am losing my mind BUT IN A GOOD WAY! And I'm telling you kids- call me crazy, but just since starting to write everything down again in my journal and with kicking butt in my workouts etc. ~ I swear I can see a MAJOR difference in my body already. I'm so psyched And we all know how important it is for our mind to be 'in the game' right to keep us going!! WOOT! WOOT! WOOT! No problems with that here!
No vlog today. Why? Can't get into it now, but you may see a blog/vlog post later today. I have to think about my posting this information, because I want to help others but not put myself in any danger. Stay tuned. (seriously, I'm not trying to sound melodramatic, I'm just being vague on purpose.)
Anyway, today was a killer cardio workout! I did some kettlebell and kickboxing and stair sprints....was a a sweaty mess!!! Not pretty. But am LOVING IT!!
Mr. Rene is coming over tonight to attack my overly stressed muscles. God Bless That Man. ;-) Life is good.
