Hey Kids! How's your week going? Hope it's fabulous so far. It's getting better every day over here! That's right!! WOOT!! I had a killer Amy Bento workout today- weights, Back and Shoulders and I CRUSHED the shoulders. You all know shoulders are my favorite part. And I feel like SO FOCUSED and so 'on the right track' again......I got my game face on. I've simplified my WHOLE LIFE and I'm ready to just knock it out of the ball park!!!
Are you? Are you making PROGRESS OR EXCUSES?? NO Excuses people. Haven't worked out yet? Day isn't over yet? Squeeze it in, come on TIGHTEN UP! TIGHTEN!! hehehehehe see you tomorrow.

Speaking of drugs...I have a prescription for Provera to start my period back up. I'm having a hard time thinking this is a good natural thing for my body.

Hey Gals- that woman is Valerie Waugaman btw! She rocks. April- yea, with all this nonsense going on, I've been tempted to go back on the Pill to regulate my hormones- I keep wondering if this skin rash is hormone related? But I'm terrified, knowing how bad synthetic hormones are for us.....ai yi yi.
