Mmmmmmm....................LOVIN' the Monday Manjoyment! YUMMY.
You are so right about how we can easily over do it with the little bites and snacks. Even if they are healthy, you can still over do it. I've never been very good at calorie counting, but I used to weigh and measure all my food. Haven't done it in awhile. Workouts haven't been consistent either. I will get it back. Just have to get through some of this 'other' crap first.
Go kick some butt girly! AND I think you should STILL have the Cabana Boy bring you your drinks! ;)
