This is actually from Friday Kids. Sorry. 

That's Ms. Tracy Effinger people. I love her workouts. I talk about it in this vlog from (yesterday). Wow. It's amazing what these workouts do~ and it's like she pushes your muscles to total exhaustion, yet differently from like a Jari Love. I am TOTALLY SORE all through my torso today- which I knew was coming = whoa. It's Kettlebell cardio today. That's right. What are you doing?? No excuses! Remember we make PROGRESS not excuses!!

 

Anyway, I shot QUITE A LOT OF VLOG CONTENT yesterday peeps. Y'all were asking me about all this melodrama in my life recently, and the more I thought about it, the more I thought that some of it could help many of YOU learn the tough lessons I've learned lately. So....stay tuned as I upload parts 2, 3, 4 etc. And then, get yourself a cappuccino or a tall glass of Vodka and enjoy. WHAT?

This is also a clip of the Tracy Effinger workout I talked about. Do NOT make the mistake of thinking that this is "easy". She does 3 sets of everything with no breaks and - it is KILLER. Love it.
