I LOVE your mom!!!! I'm like her - I don't worry about the expiration date. I just ate cottage cheese yesterday that expired over a month ago and I'm still alive this morning ;-)
Julie, you are so bold and fearless LOL I'm such a wuss with expiration dates....I throw it away the day BEFORE that date hehehe ;-) my mom is the best, I totally don't deserve her.
