Adjust Accordingly.

AWWW It's Mr. Jay. Tearing people UP in Boca. I so miss him beating me into oblivion. Soon enough! If you are near Boca and want your butt kicked in person, this is the man. Lifetime Fitness; Jay Dever. ROCKS.
Hey Kids!! Phew. Ok adjust accordingly. For me, that means I realize that doing these Insanity workouts~ no doubt I MUST do it on a totally empty stomach. This morning again, I only had my cappuccino and an hour and a half later ATTEMPTED my Insanity Cardio Circuit and was cramping so badly I couldn't finish. Did I get ticked off? HECK YES. Did I quit? HECK NO. I plopped in some P90X and did weights for Shoulders and Arms. WOOT!! Threw in as much non-high impact little cardio bursts as I could..and burned about 550 calories.
Tomorrow; I will do my workout FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Period. These workouts are too fun. Too kick butt. I am loving it!! Sweatfest!!!
How's your week so far? Mine? Um, overbooked to say the least. Stay tuned. Gotta run!! ;-) In the mean time, enjoy a peek at the OTHER killer cardio from the man Mr. Horton. Yes, I got these too! One-on-Ones. LOVE. Them. Mucho.

I have a question...is the Insanity Cardio Circuit the Plyometric Cardio Circuit? On the calendar, it has "Cardio Circuit" and "Plyometric Cardio Circuit", but I only see the Plyometric one.. figured they are the same thing, but was just curious if you knew it they were different..
Amanda, I only have a "Plyometric Cardio Circuit" DVD so they must be the same....
You are intense, lady!!
I'm the opposite- I must have food in my belly to workout. Since I also need to let it digest a little, early morning workouts don't always work out! :(
Hey Ashley!! Loving seeing what you are eating....loving it!
;-) Keep it up.
