Stretch. Breathe. Relax. 

Good morning Kittens!! ;-) I wanted to post about Stretching and such. I was a wee bit surprised to see a Yoga workout included when I got my P90X stuff- and you know I've shared on here how I want to incorporate more yoga with all I'm doing. Well, the past several weeks, I've been focusing on TAKING THE TIME TO STRETCH- REALLY STRETCH OUT after my workouts. I'm so rushed and consumed by fitting everything in to my schedule lately, that often at the end of my workouts, I blow off the stretch. And now that I'm focused on it again, I'm not getting the sore hamstrings as much. I'm not feeling my right hip being so tight. 

It's all good. But it's necessary- and I think a lot of us forget to balance the hard cardio and weight work we do with relaxation, possibly yoga/Pilates and stretching. Think about it. Are you doing that?

We need balance. We need quiet time. That's right, adults need "quiet time". Focus on including that to balance out all the hard work we are putting in. I'm really feeling like it's rounding out all my efforts perfectly.

I cannot believe you didnt know about P90X +++++!!!!!!!!! I would have told you a long time ago. I bought mine from Ebay Got the whole + program for like 30 bucks still in the package. I love it. I also would love to have Tony's One On One.

I am watching my Insanity right now! Girl, I LOVE IT! I cannot wait to start it. I think I will start next monday. I will probably do a video or two this week but OFFICIALLY start it next monday...so I can be on schedule.

I would do it today but I have already done 1 hour of intense cardio and I still have to lift later.

I am soooo glad I bought this.

Haha that picture hurts me too! Krissa I got my package today!! I'm so jealous you've been able to view it!! How about this, I will tell you what I think of Tony's one on one. Stay tuned, I have the first two workouts already. Heck, looks like I'll just do cardio 24 hours a day! ;-)
