For all you gals in the competition world, you are crazy to not have these DVDs. (And full disclosure no I am not making any $$ from the sale of these DVDs, FYI.)

I am including a video of Jenny and Trish (who is also in her new DVD) training for the Olympia this year. HELLO! This makes me feel like a big lump of dough right now. Not for long.
Thanks kids for being patient with me this week. Without boring you on the loathsome details, I had a serious medical situation that had to be treated. This left me not feeling or looking up to video par. So.....another day or so and I'll be BACK. You've been warned. And I shaved my head. Just kidding.

I've got her first dvd and have already bought her second one, it's on it's way to me in the mail now. Can't wait to get my hot little hands on it. I loved her first dvd so have high expectations for this one. Haven't checked out her clothing website for a while so will check it out now, thanks Kelly. xxx
