Kids! I cannot believe how long it's been since I shared a Monday Manjoyment moment with you! Shame on you Kelly! Shame on you! ;-0
Today was annoying. That's all there is to it. I hate wasting my time on stupid crap like - getting my mailbox UNFROZEN and waiting in line at Walgreens for a prescription for 20 minutes. OHHHHHHH I am so impatient. And I had to do my workout at 4pm! But I DID IT. I didn't WANT to by any means but I did it. Today, I did Cathe Friedrich Muscle Endurance. Whoa. Forgot about this one- and I told you, I'm all about mixing up my workouts. This one does some weighted step-ups with a mini-step with 6 risers. DAYUM! And seriously, my core is STILL on fire from Saturday's fun-fest with Tracy Effinger! It's all good pain right? PAIN IS JUST WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY.
