Hey Kids. I've been out all day today. Just got home and I have a few moments before my MASSAGE Amen. ;-)
Anyway, today was cardio-only day. I did Ilaria's kickboxing DVD. I LOVE her stuff. My abs are killing me from yesterday's workout and I'm not quite sure why. I didn't focus on core. Just goes to show you.....hmm. Yesterday was P90X Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps and P90X Plyo. Killer.
Here's that little preview of Ilaria's kickboxing. This one is primarily lower body, then her BodyStrikes one is all full body with punching and kicking blah blah blah.
