TGIF.

I think you kids know how much I love kickboxing, especially instead of traditional boring cardio. For those of you that like the treadmill or elliptical, God Bless You. I have tried running and - I'll have temporary success but then either my knees are WAAAHHH or I cramp up very easily. And walking- even walking fast or doing intervals on a treadmill....it just doesn't feel right. It seems like an odd way to stay or get healthy. Yea. It works. But yea, it bores the living daylight out of me. I love finding alternative forms of cardio that I enjoy. I always enjoy Kickboxing and have been VERY bummed out that Billy Blanks has not really made any new tough kickboxing videos since VCRs were still in use. His old Taebo Live videos were AWESOME but all his latest stuff is very ho-hum.  For those of you that feel the same, I have told you about Ilaria's DVDs- she has 3 of them, all available at Collage Video

Below is a little video from her Bodystrikes DVD. Don't kid yourself in thinking this looks a bit simple or light. It's KILLER.

I'd highly recommend her DVDs for cardio in addition to the other goodies I love. Here is the link to her videos on Collage (and I don't earn a commission from her videos, FYI) CLICK HERE.

What are YOUR favorite non-boring cardio workouts? Do you do cardio inside, outside, at the gym, or a combo? How often do you do cardio? Do you find it is key to getting/staying lean?
